Didn’t get to bed on time tonight, BUT I pushed myself so hard in my run, and it paid off.
3 treadmill miles in 32:00.
Splits were 10:58//10:18//9:44
I haven’t had a sub-10” mile since probably March or April, and I have NEVER had one at the end of a 3-mile run.
I also didn’t stop once until after 2.5 miles which hasn’t happened probably all year.
This run was hard, but I’m perfectly okay with that.

Finally getting my running mental stamina back. Hooray!
