I hate when my daily schedule shifts around,
it completely throws off my work out routine, and I get all out of sorts and miss workouts. Bleh.
I started working mid-day shifts again at work instead of mornings and adjusting is harder than I thought. Plus I’m staying awake later to talk to the boy after he gets home from the library at night.
I need to figure out what time of day I’m going to the gym and stick to it. I feel so bent out of shape when I miss multiple workouts. Its just the worst feeling ever.
Also, started getting this really bad cough tonight. And its coming from deep in my chest. That cannot be a good sign.
